64 Box: EMS Assist. Brush 64, UTV 64 and Tanker 64 responded with 7 members.
As the extremely dry conditions persist across our area, Company 64 was dispatched mid-afternoon for a brush fire in the area of State Route 225 and Mountain Road. A quick response, which included mutual aid from Lower Mahanoy, Pillow, Berrysburg and PA DCNR, prevented this fire from turning into something much bigger and more dangerous.
